Expected more assistance from Leroy Merlin. Disappointing service

I love LeroyMerlin so it’s really heartbreaking for me to write this review.Bought an outdoor swing from the Greenstone branch , with our recent storms one of the poles broke. I went in to ask if they could help me replace the pole , I was told they don’t have more swings in stocks I should dismantle it and bring it and they’ll refund me. I didn’t dismantle it I returned with my proof of purchase just make sure , the guy in the department said he thinks the best is a refund he called his manage Helen as I walked up to her she abruptly said she could not refund me to which I rep**** I did not come for money I came for help for a replacement pole , she said it’s not their responsibility they can’t help me , I asked if the manufacturer could be contacted and she said no there’s nothing they can do. I am now sitting with a R1000 swing that it serving no purpose to me.
