Excellent service Leroy Merlin Fourways

Last week we were at Leroy Merlin Fourways looking at WIFI cameras for in-house security purposes. A gentleman by the name of Rendani helped us. I must say that its been a long time since i came across such an enthusiastic , patient and clearly extremely knowledgeable person selling a line of goods in a shop. Really excellent and somewhat a waste in a place like Leroy Merlin who don't even provide a contact number on the internet for the branch manager who we wanted to phone to point out the excellent service we received from this employee- you just get a long garbled automated message on multiple options but NOT Manager OR Customer care- pathetic and devious. In addition Rendani gave us his phone number to call in case we had a problem setting up the camera and mesh extender. We called him on Saturday when we were having difficulties and even though he was not working, he had the decency to phone us back at his own cost and explain the setup process!! Where does one find such a dedicated and talented person as this in todays modern age? Not many places. An absolute excellent example of over the top ability, PR, dedication and knowledge. If he leaves I will follow him for such purchases as i know i am dealing with the top level!!
