Excellent Service from the helpdesk at Leroy Merlin Greenstone

I ordered a pair of safety boots through Leroy Merlin from a third party seller for my brother for Christmas. He was out of the country when they were to be delivered at his company office. He usually receives an email from the mailroom but did not this time. I called Leroy Merlin (Greenstone branch) and a polite young man helped me. Within two hours he had emailed the proof of delivery note to me so that my brother could track the parcel at his company mail room. I was very impressed by this man's helpful attitude and speedy service.
