Excellent service by Phakamisa

After I wrote my complaint here and a gentleman by name Phakamisa Manyathi did a very great job and made sure that he takes my ticket into his hands. He delivered my new order within 3 days. I am very impressed with how he did it, his communication skills are excellent. He made sure that he keeps me updated in each and every 3 hours.

I so wish all of your staff members would do exactly the same as what Phakamisa was doing
