Excellent service

I have been dealing with Otshepeng Poulo from the Clearwater branch for the last couple of weeks as we are renovating our kitchen and bathroom. I must say i am so impressed with his helpfulness, excellent product knowledge and friendliness. He has gone out of his way to assist me with every enquiry and question and where he did not know the answer he got right back to me with someone who was able to assist me. This kind of client service is not easy to come by. For sure a star staff member you can be proud of and consider for promotion.
