EMPTY PROMISES UNABLE TO DELIVER - ABSOLUTE DISASTER

Visited Little Falls branch and bought 5 boxes of laminated flooring with the assurance that another 11 boxes would be sent from the Greenstone branch within 5 days and can be collected from Little falls branch. System reflected 13 boxes in stock at Greenstone branch. Started laying the flooring and 5 days later receive a call to advise there is NO STOCK now? Was told the system reflected incorrectly but was assured the same day that the consultant called Greenstone and confirmed they had stock? Wasted 5 boxes now and unable to finish project ! Not impressed at all !
