Empty promises, no delivery, and lack of responsibility... that's what you get from Leroy Merlin

Im still waiting for delivery for an order placend on 1 November 2025 from the Leroy Merlin Fourways branch.

I was told the items was handed over to the courier, but its lost now.... (16 x 3m ceiling boards, lost in transit... yea right...)I was promised that the order would be delivered last Saturday 14 December... still waiting for tue delivery... Im so tired of the empty promises and lack of responsibility by these bunch of leroy merlin employees...
