EMPTY PROMISES

ORDER 259931 I ordered 8 items online from the Little Falls branch and received delivery of the Ellies Inverter ONLY and signed for that one item from the courier company on Monday 17th January at 12:42 pm. I asked the gentleman where the rest of the order was and he said he was only delivering ONE item. I have not received the rest of my order. On Tuesday I spoke to two different ladies who both promised they would follow up and get back to me. Today I spoke to a gentleman (Ripfumelo) at 10:35 am who also promised he would get back to me by 11:00 am. I still have not received a call from any three of them. The status of my order states delivered, but I've only received 1 item of the 8 items I ordered.
