Empty Promises

After my first complaint on Hello Peter someone in the call center called me. In 2 weeks of emails and me calling them using 100min airtime, this was the only reason they called me back LOL, obviously thid platform matters more to them then responding to emails and promises of calling me back.

Anyway the gentleman promised me someone in the finance department will call me on Monday and do a eft refund. Well it's Tuesday and no one has called and I definitely don't have my money.

I then called again... A manager at the Boksburg branch promised to call me before 9am this morning. Again...didn't happen. Still waiting.

I tried calling again today but no luck.

Advice? Help? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
