Ellies Inverters sold by Leroy Merlin are poor quality

Purchased 2 Ellies Inverters from them for R12k each and after 8 months their batteries keep failing even though my usage is only 286va on each 2400 unit. Contacted them and was told I would have to bring it in and they would send away for investigation and possible repair which could take at least 2 weeks. They only give a 6 months warranty on the batteries when all other companies give a 3 year warranty on their batteries. Do not be fooled this product has inferior batteries that do not last. I will now have to purchase 2 new batteries at R2400 each for both units if I still want to use them. That means the actual cost of each unit is actually 16.8k and then one has to hope the other parts on the unit do not fail either. what a *******.
