Effective Staff and good Experience

Leroy Merlin have worked it out. I appreciate the good staff in the large shops. They are very friendly and extremely helpful. If at times they don't know an answer they have technology at their disposal or simply hand you over to a colleague that knows how to help you. Whenever I am shopping at LM, the staff is there to assist. And t hey are all working and nut just standing around looking pretty (as one is used from other retail outlets)
