Door purchase Leroy Merlin.

I purchased a door from Leroy Merlin in Little Falls. Once I installed the door I noticed that the door had numerous marks on it. Most of them originating from manufacture and the door sagged in its frame. I reported it to Oupa at Little Falls. They eventual made arrangements and came out with a Rep from the suppliers to inspect the door. After inspecting it they said they were leaving it in the hands of the supplier who would contact me and let me know what would happen. The Rep was very negative from the start saying it was the sun that was damaging the door. This was mid winter the door is under the eves and can only get morning sun. Long story short he did not come back, Leroy Merlin did not check to see if I had been sorted out and I still have the problem. Tom Burke.
