Don't waste your time! Terrible service delivery!

Honestly don't think I've received worse service in my life... I had to phone this company over 8 times in the last 3 days, speaking to over 4 different employees, to confirm if stock was available for a particular item. After each one of them confirming stock at one of their branches in Greenstone, I made an immediate payment which I had to follow-up on more than once to confirm if received, then once confirmed, I paid over R1 500 for a courier to collect the stock the following day and asked for it to be wrapped for transport. On the day, I get phoned asking about payment, as they could not find it, despite confirming it had been received the day before, and by 4 p.m. on the day of collection (Which I phoned in the morning to confirm) the stock was not even wrapped and ready for collection. Then I get a call 30 minutes later telling me they only have half the stock I paid for and can't get more because it's discontinued... No-one in that company knows what on earth is going on between departments and their stock tracking systems are clearly insufficient if they're only realizing 2 days after an order being placed and paid for that they don't have the stock, even though I called before placing the order to confirm if they had stock... I rarely get this upset, but this is completely unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
