Don’t use Leroy Merlin

I should have checked here (like I always do) before placing an online order. Only reason I did not is because I used their online service before and had no problems. Placed an order on 19/08, still waiting. They don’t answer emails or their phone lines. Reading all the other negative reviews, it seems this is the new strategy - avoid the customer. Disgusting “service”, avoid at all costs. To make it worse, they charge for delivery???
