Don't understand how
I place a simple order. One item. When it arrives it's wrong, send mail arrange exchange, exchange comes and it's completely wrong. Original order is for 5x8m tarpaulin. 1.5x6m tarpaulin arrived. When they come to exchange the item they leave the wrong tarpaulin behind and deliver a table.
