My R3000 roof tile order was scheduled to arrive yesterday, as promised not only by their website but also by their call centre agent. Because of their failure to deliver, my entire home renovation project has been delayed indefinitely. I will probably have to fight to get my money refunded, and will then need to start shopping all over again at Builders.
