DONT HAVE YOUR GLASS CUT AT LEROY MERLIN

I ordered 4x pieces of window glass on Tuesday 24 Jan to be cut. I got to the cut counter at 13:50 and was told that the guy went on lunch (which he is entitled to) but will only be back after 15:00. So I made arrangements to collect it today, Thursday 26 Jan and paid the full amount before I left the store. Order No: 074806. When I arrived today to collect my order, I was shown the 4x pieces and informed that I must go to the Collection counter to pick it up there, When I asked the gentleman why I can't I take my glass to the cashiers and show my paid invoice, I was told, NO, it must be collected from that counter. I walked to the collection counter where 15 minutes of my time was wasted while the picker (Thando according to the name tag I was shown by the cashier) will get to my order since they have a lot of orders to process. What a lot of BULL DUST and time wasting ! When I asked the cashier to call her manager, she spoke to somebody on her phone and then called another person who at the time, did not answer the call. Eventually Thando appeared with my order and I left the store. Well, this was the first and the LAST TIME I will have any glass cut at any Leroy Merlin store ! I will in future rather go to Builders and not have my time wasted!!!
