Dont buy online from Leroy Merlin

The worst click and collect service ever experienced. We were informed that our order was ready to collect. Called the store to double check. When we got there, only a 3rd of the order was ready. The staff were very apologetic but told us that its a problem with their system and they've asked many times for it to be fixed, but nothing has been done about it. I guess the usual local brands like builders warehouse are a better option.
