Don’t buy from marketplace, you won’t be able to return the product

I placed an order on marketplace. When it arrived, I wasn’t happy with the quality of the product and raised a refund request the next day. I received an email saying that my request was being reviewed, but never heard anything since.

I then went on the platform to try and engage with the seller to return the product and get a refund. The chat thread on the website stopped working, and now I have no other way of reaching the seller.

So many issue with this platform, I’m shocked because I spent so much money on a product I’m not happy with and now can’t even return!
