DON'T BOTHER ORDERING ONLINE, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER.
I have placed and paid for my order online. It has NOT been delivered on the given delivery date. I AM STILL WAITING. I've tried to track my order online but the website stops working when I click the "trackmyorder" option. I have called in 4 times and emailed with no real feedback on my order, on the first call I was told that "it looks like your order is still in store and not prepared yet, I'll call you back shortly with further feedback"... I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. The 3 other times I have called again, I was put on hold till the line got cut!... I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. I HAVEN'T RECEIEVED ANY FEEDBACK AS TO IF AND WHEN MY ORDER WILL BE PREPARED. Now I can't even process a refund, because no one is being helpful with my query at all.
