Do they even want the sale???

Absolutely pathetic service. Below is the email sent to them yesterday... and still no response.

Good day

After numerous attempts to get your agents to assist me, I'm starting to wonder if you even want the sale. I've spoken to multiple people who have all promised their assistance but then I've not heard from them again. Levy at Greenstone is useless at his job! I've called and driven there personally and still cannot get a simple thing like a name change done.

If there is anyone that would want to assist, please contact me.

The last call I made was today at 11h30 and spoke to Nthombi who advised that the quotations department would sort out my issue. The reference for this call was 808088.

If I can get any kind of support here, that would already be a different experience to the last 2 weeks.

I await an urgent response.
