We purchased an item on the Black Friday sale. We understand that delivery logistics are a challenge after this event. We waited patiently until 30 Dec. We emailed to enquire when we could expect delivery. They only then told us that they sold out on Black Friday of this specific item & thus we would not be receiving it. They offered a refund. If we had not chased them, they would have just kept our money. ****mers!
