Do not sell the same products as on the website.

I drove out to your Greenstone branch because I needed one product to finish a project and it said that you had it on your website. I asked a staff member if she had it and she said that it doesn’t look like the picture. When she showed me it I realised it does not have the female part or the compression ring. She then said that I could use the gas version instead but they were out of stock. I only needed one so I asked a lady with more authority if I could buy the display stock. She said it’d be fine and passed me on to another staff member who asked a guy named Deon on WhatsApp if I could buy it. Answer was a resounding no. I am so thoroughly unimpressed by your false listings and the unwillingness of what I assume is management to even try to resolve the issue that was caused by your false listing on there. I literally made a special trip there for this one product.

I wrote this two days ago and afforded the business enough time to reply as it's now Friday but my query has now been closed without a single acknowledgement from a human being. Absolutely disgusted and furious.
