Do not purchase from their online store

Do not purchase from Leroy Merlin Online. I have received my order incorrectly for the past 12 days now. I have patiently waited on 5 call backs that never came. And the last order that I recieved that should have rectified the issue has come and the item is damaged. Poor poor, very poor service. My next few calls I will get names and update my review to include them so we all would know who not to talk to. I am currently trying to get through to the regional manager who is not answering.
