DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS WITH LEROY MERLIN!!

I placed an order with Leroy Merlin 24 August 2023. At the time, the website showed stock available. Upon my enquiry on order status and to confirm delivery, I was informed on 29 August (two days before the order should be delivered) that there is no stock available and the item have been discontinued. I requested a refund of my order and are being sent from one person to another with excuses that they are waiting for the finance department. Sharconia Seapose sent me an email to advise he is working with my account. On 30 August, I received an email from Leroy Merlin saying the refund is in process but when calling them, no one can tell me when the payment will be made. They are *****ing my money, and they cannot be trusted. DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS WITH LEROY MERLIN!!!!!!
