DO NOT ORDER ONLINE - SHOCKING

I placed a order with Leroy Merlin online. When you place the order, they dont advise that everything is going to come in drips and drabs from all over gauteng. First part of the order, part of my order was broken. You could see someone tried to tape the damaged box. I contacted them and then had to send an email. They resulted to say they would just refund the 1 item. Problem is that I needed the TOTAL quantity I ordered for a project. I told them they could then collect the rest and refund me as I either want the full order or nothing. Its been 3 days and no reply.

ALSO - I am STILL waiting for part of my delivery? There is no clear info on the website on what is going on. All the items show one date of arrival (which has passed)

I also see their google reviews are shocking but seems no one at Leroy cares or reads them. I will do my utmost to avoid LEROY MERLIN in future. Rather pay a bit more elsewhere
