Do not order from this store - you will lose money.

Do not order from this store. I ordered an item off their store for delivery. Received delivery of a completely different item a week later. I Immediately contacted customer support to let them know that the incorrect product was delivered. I requested a refund or the delivery of the correct item. I was informed that there is not stock on hand of the item I ordered, and I can only receive a refund when the goods I have in my possession have been collected and returned to their warehouse, even though this is not a return from my side, they delivered the INCORRect item and have not rectified the problem. 3 weeks later and still nobody has collected the item and Leroy Merlin’s customer care just continuously states that they will not refund me and that they have asked the courier to collect. No courier has contacted me or initiated a collection.

Do not trust this store or their website. Absolutely shocking experience.
