Do not by from these ****mers

They are ****ming company and that is how they train their staff also to deal with customers. All just lies. I bought 2 bathroom vanities on 14 July 2024 online. They send me a email to inform me they are out of stock and would not get in anytime soon. I need to choose an alternative. Fine I choose the alternative. Which is costing less then the first 2 vanities. But she send me a email to WhatsApp to say I need to pay the balance. Which is the full amount and it makes no sense because the store owes me R8427 to be precise. I kept phoning to request a refund. Multiple lovely sounding staff. But then they let me know my refund was processed and they never checked my details or anything. I'm still waiting it more the 1 month. I'm going to lay a ******** charge. Because I don't like anyone *****ing from me. Let alone a company. Trust me this case is going to be in the news. Don't buy from these ******.
