DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM LEROY MERLIN!

I ordered (online) a water tank to the value of R15 169 from this Leroy Merlin on 26 September 2024. They **** about the fact that they have stock and also promised a next day delivery. On 30 September I lodged a complaint and requested a refund. After numerous emails, phone calls and submitting a bak confirmation letter, I was send a proof of payment on 8 October to reverse my credit card transaction - I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND! I will now seek legal advice - stay away from this company! Again, I am owed a refund of R15 169 since 26 September...
