Do not buy online!

Like so many other customers who posted here, online ordering is the worst thing ever. I placed an order on 2 Aug and I am still waiting for delivery. After being on hold for forever, I was told on 3 occasions that someone will phone me back with an update. I've had to phone back every time, because no one has bothered to contact me and provide me with feedback. What a joke. How do run a business like this?
