Do not buy from Leroy online

This is an escalation to my previous review You are taking from Pilar to post. The faulty gas heater that I logged a return for on 29th ,was supposed to be collected on 2nd May and is still sitting here 11 days later . You sent me an email about replacement when I clearly requested a refund. Four days ago you sent an email that my credit will be processed no later than 22 May . That is almost a month from purchase date . I have been communicating with Winnie Mudau on email today and she asked for bank confirmation letter which I sent , now she is asking me what method of payment I used . I don't understand why Im being asked about method of payment, you clearly receivedmy payment otherwise you would not have sent out the order . This is a delaying tectic . I will never buy from Leroy again . You guys have confirmation of my bank account just process my refund so that we can complete this transaction and part ways.

Seemingly Leroy doesn't care about all these negative reviews they just enjoy frustrating their customers.
