DISSATISFIED SERVICE

Don't waste your time going to Leroy Merlin, specifically Boksburg. The staff are extremely unhelpful. You continually have to go a look for someone to assist with pricing. They answer 1 question, then dissappear, only for you to have to hunt them down again. Don't bother trying to phone them either. Your "transferred" call will not get answered. They just don't care. When they first came to the country, their service was excllent....NOT any more. We keep going back, hoping it has improved, only to be disappointed again. The minute you ask something and they don't have an answer, they just say it's out of stock. Disgusting to say the least.
