Disgusting store staff

I am at the store in right now and there is absolutely no one here to assist us. Instead a store worker said the liaison working the toilet department is busy sow we have to wait. As someone who works in customer care, I am shocked and appealed by the lack of assistance from the staff.

He was rude and arrogant. Like he was not happy to be at work. Considering that I'm spending over 5000 Rands in this store today and stobreceive such is disgusting. An apology is not enough. I will go all over social media in order to be contacted by the store manager. This is unacceptable!!!!!
