Disgusting services from Leroy Merlin

I am absolutely disgusted by how Leroy Merlin is handling my online order,no communications happened at all ,my order shows that my arrival date for items are on the 6 of December 2024 ,and now im being told they are unable to deliver my order on the date,this is totally uncalled for as I need my items for a specific date.
