Disgusting service

This place has the WORSE customer service I have ever ever in my entire life experienced! The people are *********** ****s full of excuses that don't know how to do their jobs and yet they advertise world class service where you really lucky to even get someone to actually work on your order. I ordered a item on the 10th of April money was taken immediately 3 weeks later they finally decide to send my order when I received it the order was in shambles completely broken I requested a immediate refund now after 10 days they tell me I have to wait an additional 10 days. Disgust is not even what I feel right now. It shows when a company is run by animals just chasing the BEE benefits. Beware and becareful of this company you will end up fighting for your own money back
