Disgusting Service

@ Leroy Merlin is the worst company I have ever dealt with...it's worse than Eskom I tell you. They delivered a broken washing machine, when you put water in it goes out immediately, it doesn't wash or dry and when it spin it shakes like a Rollercoaster. I regret buying from this company. I escalated a query and instead of them resolving it, they tell me about the seller and after sales people. I email every day and it's a promise after another and **** apologies. Pay Legal Wise people for situations like this cause now they will be handling my query with Leroy Merlin. Disgusted by this Company. Taking this to social media. The worst is they even have the nerve of sending an email to me telling me that they contacted me and advise on how to operate the machine. So I requested for the name of the person I spoke to and the record of that call. Know your consumer rights...cause this companies thinks that we are just buyers.
