Disgusting customer service from Leroy Greenstone

Received the most disgusting service from Leroy to a point where I had to be issued 2 refunds. I had lights on laybye in mid 2019 when I went to collect them I was told that they had been sold and we were given our first refund without an explanation. My sister escalated the matter to twitter as we were not getting a response on email. We were then contacted In Dec 2019and I was asked to come to the Greenstone store, they apologized and I placed another layby order for the lights. When I went in store to collect the lights and pendants in Aug20 I was told that the Dow lights bracketI had ordered were discontinued but I was not call or notified of this. I also asked to speak to the lights manager who was handling my issue in 2019 by the name of Akhesh, he apologies and said what I needed could be purchased at any other building material as he was only getting stock after 2 weeks. I then took my order and when I checked the stock I received I realized that there were 7 lights missing and I was issued different lights from what was on my order!!! I had to drive back the next day and I’m utterly appalled at this terrible service!!! I have requested a full refund!
