Disgusted customer

I am back again, I complained about a sliding door that was delivered whereby the frame was dark grey and the door bronze. After I logged my complaint on Hello Peter, Natsha Kock contacted me and arranged a delivery for a grey door yesterday, not the frame only the door. The sliding door was delivered yesterday, dented and now the problem is even worse the door cannot even close.I paid over r 3000 for this door ,i had to pay r 600 for the initial installation , yesterday i had to pay another r 200 for the removal and reinstallation of the door , now the door must be removed again .I am at my wits end no one cares .I sent a video with pictures yesterday to Natasha who said she is on leave and I had to send an email to *** of which I did, no response .I had to sleep with a door last night that cannot close. I feel like taking an axe and break that door and ship it to your Boksburg store
