Disgracefull Service and Support

I bought a aluminum stable door , first it was weeks late , so we moved on from that , but when door arrives -Ibuild door , the door does not have a vertical latch to secure top to bottom , 2 the door cannot be latched in lower section, door is defective , Ibuild was contacted due to the lack of response from Leeroy Merlin and they come up with pork pie lies for everything i am telling them , this should be like this ,and if you do this it will work without closure I have a door that cannot be latched in lower section ,neither latched together Poor Poor workmanship .
