**********, Disgraceful, Unbelievably Bad Service

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would, and that would be generous! My online order was returned to their warehouse, due to it being damaged. 2 weeks later, and no new unit has been dispatched, my requests for a refund are being completely ignored, after their supposed "heads" being included into my emails. They have the most apathetic attitude towards clients, with absolute zero regard for client satisfaction. Try to call their customer service department and at 10h00 in the morning their auto attendant is still on night mode, despite it being on their website that their call centre open at 07h00. What a disgrace that in this economy, this company goes above and beyond to treat clients like a burden.
