My experience was horrible. I never felt so belittled and degraded as a human being. The level of disrespect and arrogance displayed by the team at Greenstone, I am shocked you still have customers. The service was poor and the racial undertone of how I was treated by Keith, a white arrogant man, I will surely not take this lying down. I might be black but I spent a lot of money since you have openned. To tell me I cannot get a simple lights exchanged because you cannot find my transaction. However white customers are exchanging Infront of me without proof also. You are happy to help white people but black people you treat with contempt, that I cannot accept. This is far from over. Black people money is as good as white people money, how dare you treat me like that because I am black.
