Disappointing Service and Refund Outstanding

I am extremely disappointed with the service or lack there of. I bought a patio set online on black friday for R1999, a week later when calling their order queries line I had to leave a message to get a call back after waiting forever for an agent. Got a call back late afternoon and was told they'll channel the order query to little falls as I had chosen it for my pick up. A day later another call apparently my purchase never generated an order even though the money left my credit card. Worst of all the store doesn't have any more stock and does not expect any more stock so they'll refund me my money. It's over a week no order, no refund. I am so turned off by this store's service that it's ruined thoughts of other purchases I planned for the same store. I fail to understand why the problem with their own system not generating an order is my problem. What happened to keeping a customer happy. Fine, no stock, where is my refund so I can move on to a more deserving service provider.
