Disappointing first experience with Leroy and Merlin Boksburg, no delivery on promise!
I went to purchase building material last week Saturday at the Boksburg brance and was informed it would be delivered the following Thursday which is today its already a lengthy wait, but regardless i booked the builder for Friday- I called 3 times to confirm delivery will happen and was assured it will it still has not been delivered?? Ontop of that you wait so long to actually get answered on the call centre and they are not of much assistance!

28 Aug 2020, 11:53I was once again promised delivery by this morning still nothing. I am furious actually- can I cancel and get a full refund because this is absolutely ridiculous I have a builder waiting at my house with no building materials! Unprofessional service and no one at Leroy and Merlin Boksburg is wiling to assist me the call centre agent whom i called again now said over the phone no one is willing to assist and for the third time I have been escalated to the HOD. I will not do business with this company again. You are costing me unnecessary fees for the builder who came out today.

How do you tell a customer that? He was the one who said it would be delivered yesterday and when I messaged him later in the day saying that its not delivered he ignored me.
