Disappointed and Utterly Unacceptable service from Leroy Merlin Greenstone Branch

Disappointed and Utterly Unacceptable service from Leroy Merlin Greenstone Branch. Went there to buy a whole bathroom set from shower mixer to mirror cabinet etc.. on the 28 November 2025, at about 3pm. Ordered and paid in store for everything and was told it was all in store. Went to collections and everything but the basin cabinet was not there, was told it was out of stock but someone would call to let us know when we could come collect as soon as they had it. Called on Monday 1st December and was told it was not there. Called again on the 4th December only to be put on hold 3 times by different people as no one knew where it was or if it was even there! On the 6th December we went again and was told it was not there!!!!!!!!! Once again we went today,14th December, to collections, only to be told that it's not there ... this is 3 weeks later and we need it as the builders are busy doing our bathroom. Was told to go inside the store to the bathroom section and enquire there. Tshepo, who helped us said there are none and they would need to call, the supplier to find out!!!! *** LEROY MERLIN... this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Waiting 3weeks for a basin cabinet!!!! Not even a "I apologise for this"... basically a "I don't give a Sh.. attitude".. Absolutely no customer service!!!!!!!!!! Was NEVER EVER called to say the basin cabinet was there for us to collect!!!! Will definitely not be back there to buy anything!!!!!!
