Disappointed

Am real real not happy with the online services from this store, I have ordered on the 5th of December, my order was supposed to be delivered today on the 11th of December but I haven't received any feedback or any email saying your order is being prepared for delivery. Whistle I need to use the items on Saturday.

Am real not happy with this service, even Temu doesn't take this long to deliver.
