Delivery not done on time and still nothing to date

I bought building materials last week Tuesday which was due fir delivery Friday. Godfrey from the department even took pictures ob Friday to show me they have loaded and until today i have not received my order and no one is updating me or calling for follow up. In all the times I have bought frin them this is the worst and bad experience by far.
