Delivery Issues with Leroy Merlin - dont USE THEM!

Warning!!!! Dont order anything online from Leroy - their delivery service is appalling. I ordered a couple of items online on 14 Sept and when I saw the delivery date of the 21st - this should have raised warning bells. Like a doos I thought hell I am in Edenvale with a store close by and surely it will be delivered before then. Unfortunately NO - I called regarding the order on the afternoon of Monday 19th - waited for over 20 mins on the phone and before they advised that they need to phone me back - so not answer on the delivery. An hour later they called and said "the manager" will call me - when I asked for his office telephone they said they do not give out telephone numbers but he sure will call me - they did give me his name and email. I emailed Mpho immediately and as at 16:00 still no response. I would hate to know what there face to face customer service is like.
