Delivered used water heater - still waiting for my other stuff to be delivered.

I bought a Instantaneous Water heater Aures multi points Ariston 12KW and I receive my water heater today but I am very upset because you sold me a second hand water heater with missing parts - the water heater has scratches and marks at the back and the front black cover has marks due to water, someone has been using this water heater for a very long time & you didnt bother to clean it or at least renew it, Please come fetch your water heater and refund my money. I am also still waiting for you to courier my 37 boxes of tiles, 1 folding door, 1 shelf, 2X soap dispenser and 1 utensil holder. I also want to report a very unprofessional courier company ( The courier guy) they keep saying they cannot find my address since from Wednesday, I sent them an email yesterday & today and also provided my address and contact numbers again, but still nothing. This is very very unprofessional, They suppose to courior my Towel Rack .
