Defective glass hob

I bought a 90cm gas and electric on glass Hob defy on the 26 Dec 2025 returned it on 27 Dec 2025 and the manager (Luvuyo) at Leroy Merlin, Boksburg refused to exchange it because it's not switching on. Instead he informed me to call defy.
