Damaged item delivered
I bought a water tank online, last week Wednesday, today it was delivered, only for a second water tank to be delivered. The threads which are meant to connect pump are worn out, the tank has multiple scratches, it looks very old. I'm a first-time customer who is highly disappointed. My Order Number - ***

09 May 2023, 09:16Thank you for your response. Lerato Makoba did call me on Friday and advised that a refund will be made within 12 hours, 5 days later there is no refund. Could you kindly assist in treating this matter with urgency as I desperately need the funds to purchase the item elsewhere.
*Side Note* The bank confirmation letter was sent through to Lerato Makoba and Ntombikayise Khubeka, but none of the 2 ladies have provided an update thus far.

16 May 2023, 14:23I still haven't received my refund, no one is saying anything. My emails are being ignored. This just shows how Leroy doesn't care. I do not recommend anyone purchasing anything from Leroy, this is frustrating.
